Shamanic Circles/Retreats

Payment is required in full at the time of booking, your space is not secure until payment is received & will not be held.

 

If you are attending on a monthly basis you will be required to pay a month in advance. Payment is due on the 1st for the following month. For example payment is due on 1st January for February’s Shamanic Circle.

 

Payments are non-refundable & non-transferable to other dates.

 

If Shamanic Circle is cancelled or changed to a different date, you will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date, next available session or offered a full refund.

 

Finally everything that is discussed within Sacred Space is to be treated with the utmost respect & never disclosed. Women attending this group must feel safe to open up, if they wish too. Anyone found to break this rule, will not be allowed back into circle.

Drum Birthing Workshops

​

If you choose to book onto a workshop you will be required to pay a non refundable & non transferable deposit of £150.

The balance is due on or before the date of workshop as stated below:
Bank Transfer- Due 7 days prior to the workshop. 

Cash - Due on the day of the workshop.

 

If you book a coloured drum your colour requirements are needed 3-4wks prior to the workshop, else it won’t be possible to have a coloured drum.

 

If you fail to make payment or the funds don’t clear prior to the end of the workshop, you will not be able to take your completed drum home with you. Your drum will remain with me until the money is in my bank, at which point you may arrange to collect your drum or have it posted at a cost to yourself.

Drums that are not paid for after 4wks will be forfeited and may be cleansed, re-designed and sold on.

If you choose to book onto a workshop you will be required to pay a 50% non refundable & non transferable payment at the time of booking .

 

The balance is then due on or before the date of workshop as stated below:
Bank Transfer - Due 7 days prior to the workshop. 

Cash - Due on the day of the workshop.

 

If you fail to make payments your place cancelled and you will not be able to take part in the course/workshop.

​

Payment for Honouring The Witch Within is a £120 non refundable & non transferable deposit. Followed by 8 payments of £30 payable on the day of the workshop. If you fail to show you will still be charged and if you fail to show up on 2 or more occasions you will forfeit your place.

1-1 Appointments

​Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. I therefore ask that you notify me at least 48hrs in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
You can cancel for free with 48hrs notice.
If I receive less than 48hrs notice you can be charged 50% of your treatment price & I will require a non refundable deposit of 50% for all future treatments.

No shows will be charged the full price of the treatment & will not be offered any future appointments.

​General Etiquette

No Smoking or Vaping in or on the premises.

 

Please park outside on the road in front of the premises & wait in your car until the automated gate is opened for you. Cars parked at own risk.

 

Please turn your phone off or put it on silent so as not to disturb your treatment or group sessions.
